01. Using Subs Compiler
Subs Compiler is an Android subscription and recurring-payment tracker published under the Manzil Studio developer and publisher name. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The app can provide optional Gmail scans, supported statement imports, manual entry, saved payment views, reminders, Payment Outlook, and eligible external Manage links. Subs Compiler is not a bank, payment processor, financial adviser, or subscription cancellation service.
Budget Me is a planning tool based on information you enter and saved commitments. It is not a bank account, transaction history, or financial advice.
Deleting a tracked record does not cancel the underlying subscription or payment commitment. A later Scan Mail or statement import can detect it again when new valid evidence is found.
02. Plans and Google Play billing
Subs Compiler can offer Trial, Lite, and Pro access. Features, usage limits, prices, eligibility, and billing frequency are shown in the app or Google Play before purchase. Paid access depends on verified Google Play purchase status.
Google Play processes paid subscriptions under its own payment terms. Paid subscriptions can renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play. Deleting app data, deleting your account, or uninstalling Subs Compiler does not cancel Google Play billing.
Refunds, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, restoration, revocation, and expiration are subject to verified purchase status, Google Play rules, and applicable consumer law.
03. External Manage links
For eligible supported Gmail-detected recurring subscriptions, Manage can open an official Google Play, provider, or merchant destination. Availability depends on the saved record and supported destination checks.
Subs Compiler does not directly cancel subscriptions. You must complete and verify the final action with the third party. Opening a Manage link, returning to the app, deleting a record, or deleting your account does not prove that a subscription was cancelled.
04. Chat Support and acceptable use
Chat Support is provided for product and account assistance. Authorized Support administrators can view and respond to messages and images you send through Chat Support.
Message, image, size, rate, cooldown, and issue limits can apply to keep Support available and protect it from abuse. Temporary image uploads can be removed when a Support message is not successfully completed.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, malicious files, unlawful material, or unnecessary sensitive information. Abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or security-threatening use can be blocked or restricted.
05. Your responsibilities
Use only accounts, files, messages, attachments, and images you are authorized to access. Keep your Google account and device secure. Review detected records and confirm important payment, billing, cancellation, and account information with the official provider.
Do not bypass plan restrictions, manipulate quotas, interfere with security controls, attack the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Subs Compiler unlawfully.
06. Accuracy, availability, and liability
Detection, forecasts, reminders, exchange rates, notifications, Auto Scan timing, and external Manage destinations can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Payment Outlook is an estimate based on saved records and is not a guarantee of future charges.
Connected services such as Gmail and Google Play operate under their own terms and availability. To the extent permitted by law, Manzil Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused solely by use of or inability to use Subs Compiler. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07. Your content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you provide. You allow Manzil Studio to process it only as needed to provide requested app features, Support, security, billing operation, and legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you use Share Snapshot, you choose where to send the generated image. Once shared, the recipient or selected app or service controls its own copy under its own terms and privacy practices.
Subs Compiler software, interface, branding, and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, logos, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
08. Account closure, changes, and contact
Clear Subscription Data removes tracked subscription records without closing your account. You can stop using the app or delete your account through Settings > Privacy | Data > Delete Account. Paid Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
Access can be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary for fraud, abuse, security, legal obligations, platform requirements, or repeated violations of these Terms. Material changes to paid terms or data practices will be handled as required by applicable law.
